Die australische Prägestätte Perth Mint stellte die 1 Unzen Silberanlagemünze mit Motiv Kookaburra Eisvogel erstmalig im Jahr 1990 her. Der Nennwert betrug 5 A$, ab dem Jahr 1992 wurde dieser auf einen australischen Dollar herabgesetzt.
Beschreibung der Silbermünze
Die Bildseite zeigt immer den Kookaburra in jährlich wechselnden Motiven. Das Revers ziert das Porträt der englischen Königin Elizabeth II mit Nennwertangabe, das Bildnis ist gleichbleibend und wurde 1999 der Queen angepasst.
